Ratings & Reviews
AppReview, AppReviewReply, and AppReviewTask — the three entities powering user ratings, developer replies, and the admin submission review pipeline.
The review system serves two purposes: user-facing ratings and text reviews that appear on listing pages, and the admin review pipeline that gates new app versions before publication.
AppReview Entity
Represents a user-submitted rating and review for an app listing. Each tenant user can leave one review per app. Reviews include a 1–5 star rating and optional text content. Developers can reply via AppReviewReply.

AppReviewReply Entity
Represents a developer's reply to a user review on their app listing. Each review can have at most one reply from the developer.

AppReviewTask Entity
Represents an admin review task assigned to evaluate an app submission. Tracks the assigned reviewer, current review status (Pending → InProgress → Approved/Rejected/Escalated), and feedback provided to the developer during the review process.

Every app version submission passes through an automated scan followed by manual admin review before it can be published to the storefront.
