   Can I change my plan at any time?

   Yes. You can upgrade your subscription at any time and the change takes effect immediately, with billing pro-rated for the remainder of your current period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no penalties for changing plans.

   Is pricing per user or per workspace?

   SCRIPE pricing is per workspace (subscription), not per seat. The user limit in each plan (50, 200, Unlimited) refers to active user accounts in your workspace. You are not charged for individual seats on top of your subscription fee.

   What happens if I exceed my user limit?

   If your workspace reaches the user limit for your current plan, you will be prompted to upgrade to the next tier. Existing users are never locked out — only new user creation is paused until you upgrade or remove inactive users.

   Is there a free trial?

   SCRIPE offers a 30-day trial on the Growth plan at no cost. No credit card is required to start. You will have full access to 10 modules, custom branding, and priority support during your trial period. Contact the team to extend the trial if you need more time for your evaluation.
